Jin Shin Jyutsu^®physio-philosophy

This two hour class is an introduction to the art of harmonizing our life energy in the body to promote health. Learn this gentle technique of using your hands to employ 26 “Safety” Energy Locks in the body to harmonize the life energy by balancing body, mind and spirit. Learn how to become aware of your breath and use it for healing. Learn to hold your fingers to change attitudes, and finger postures to address mental and emotional issues that affect physical conditions. Leave this class in a state of relaxation and armed with tools to help with such issues as fatigue, headache, burns, cuts and more. Participants will have the opportunity to practice this art for self help and may want to use a blanket or sheet and a pillow for comfort. JSJ can be practiced lying down, sitting or standing.
