Chip

Chip is a fabulous cat.  We’ve had him now for almost 4 weeks and he’s adapting very well and we’re thrilled with having him

His person is my boyfriend Tom who spoils him with treats. We’re very happy and I think he is too.

Raven
Raven

Raven is doing great so far and she's so smart. She is learning so quickly!

M'aiq (formerly Jax)
M'aiq (formerly Jax)

When Winston and I lost his brother Archer in October 2023, we were both devastated. Archer was my first cat, and he was Winston's brother (same parents, different litter). Winston and Archer had been together for more than a decade, so the normally independent Winston (he usually slept on his own bed, whereas Archer was the lap cat/close one) became a lot more clingy, sleeping on the bed with me, and hanging around when I'm in my PC room. He also "yowled" a lot, as though he was calling out for Archer, as he couldn't find him in the house. I could tell he missed his brother, and was pretty lonely when I was out of the house for work or for vacation.

So it was around December that I decided to look for a companion for Winson and I. I had some criteria in mind, a young cat, either black or orange like Winston, and good with other cats. Someone who could bring back some energy to Winston and I. I saw Jax's profile, and thought he was a good candidate! At the meet and greet, Jax immediately welcomed me inside the foster's house, and I practically knew he was perfect. Whereas both Archer and Winston were/are pretty shy around other humans, Jax was super friendly, chatty, and a very needy boy, demanding chin scritches. He seemed perfect!

When I brought him home, I was nervous as to how Winston would react. But while he was wary and anxious at first, soon enough he was grooming and playing with Jax enough to tolerate his kitten energy. Although they're still trying to figure each other out, I think they're on their way to becoming the companions I hope they will be! Sam

Bailey

They are getting big.  Bailey is so loveable and Gracie still likes to run if you walk fast towards to her.  If you go slow and call her she will come to you and she is so loveable.  Bailey loves playing  with toys and the cat nip scratcher.

Honey Lemon

We were looking to adopt a cat after our elderly kitty passed away and we found Honey on the website and thought she looked super sweet. She was super shy when she first came into our home but eventually started to come out of her shell. She’s my reading buddy and is always sitting on my pillow while I read and has become an honorary member of my book club! The only thing book girlies love more than books are cats haha and my friends love that she looks like a little old lady. She also has become friends with our grumpy cat, Scar. They are always seen in the same room taking naps together which we thought was funny because Scar is not the friendliest cat but she seems to like Honey, maybe because they have similar interests haha. Honey spends her days napping in one of her multiple heated beds or snuggling in the bed with me or my husband. She is the sweetest kitty I have ever met and we love that she became part of our family! Thanks
